• Assist in putting together an acceptable compensation package to attract and deliver your candidate.

• We handle resigning of current employer, counter-offers and assist in the transition.

What we ask in return:

• Communication and feedback within 48 hrs and post interview feedback within 24hrs. This is a candidate driven market and the response time reflects on your company’s image.

• Have a solid description of the candidate you are looking for and the results they are expected to produce clearly defined.

• That we work together to attract top candidates to your company, especially regarding compensation. All offers need to go through us first. In today’s competitive market candidates may be looking at multiple offers, we will not extend an offer so it can be ‘shopped’.

• Honest assessments. This is business we do not take it personally
