Q: Why would my company hire an agency located outside of my region?

Q: What are your fees?
A: It depends on the difficulty of the search, however are fees typically range from 25% to 30% of the first years compensation, which is line with the industry average. We understand some concerns about saving money, but you don't hire top talent on price, you hire them because they will make an impact on your business, it's an investment that produces great value. Likewise, MEDTEK Group is about the value we bring by attracting and delivering talented candidates. Let us show you the difference in our candidates that will fully justify our fee. Plus, we are primarily a contingency agency, if you don't think the caliber of candidates we bring justifies our fee, you do not have to hire them.

Q: Why should I take on a new agency, when I have hired several others already?

A: Well if the other agencies are producing the level of qualified candidates you need, then your right you probably do not need our services. However typically when a company takes on several agencies it is because they are not getting the results they want, so they try the "shotgun" approach. This method usually produces the opposite effect plus in today's tight labor market it sends a poor message. Our business is about producing results for the life of our business relationship we can never take our clients for granted. We work with the top 20% of candidates just like we are selective with the clients that we partner with. Our goal is to match an opportunity with you that may save 2-3 years off your 5 year plan. Great opportunities have a funny habit of showing up when you least expect them. Also, to really use a recruiter to your benefit, the best time to establish the relationship is when you are NOT looking. They are a professional to have as a resource to further your career.

Q: Can you help me find a position out-of-state?

A: Absolutely! In fact that is one of the biggest advantage about working with MEDTEK Group is our national presence.

Q: Do I have to pay you the fee for my placement?

A: NO! Our clients pay our fee.

Q: I don’t like to work with recruiters.

A: We typically hear this statement when a candidate has had a bad experience or has never used a recruiter before. Finding a good recruiter can be challenging at times but can be a strong ally to help you in your career advancement. It's very hard to find a good mechanic too, we are bound to hire a poor one occasionally but when we finally find that "Superstar" we are loyal and know the value they offer.
