Our Process

The MEDTEK Group prides itself on operating above the rest. One of the ways in which this is accomplished is the process that is instilled within each one of our recruiters in the initial training package. Our process has been put simply as:

• Qualify
• Extract
• Deliver

Qualify
In order to qualify a candidate for a position there must be a strong client-recruiter relationship in place that allows for feedback and a detailed description of the “ideal candidate”. Once the parameters are in place, our recruiters are able to pull from the “hidden candidate” market. The hidden candidate market is comprised of professionals who are typically not actively searching for employment. This is where the talent lies, and this is where we search.

Extract
The extraction process is a complicated one, but the recruiters at the MedTek Group have turned it into a fine art. Since we insure our clients through a “candidate replacement clause” we must make sure that they will be happy in the long-term. We have a solid pre-screening process that allows us to define a fit within an organization based upon many factors: experience, persona, goals, environment, and previous company policies. This sub-process allows our clients to feel confident in the candidates they receive from our recruiters, saving time on the front-end.

Deliver
Delivery is what we do best. We will provide the professionals that will incorporate themselves into our client’s vision and provide a large return on investment. The delivery process involves many steps, beginning with a compensation package negotiation. We assist both candidate and client in coming to an agreement that will be comfortable for both parties, and provide an initial relationship that can be built upon for years in the future. Once the package is accepted by both parties, the work begins for our recruiters: checking references, continuing to be a factor in our candidate’s personal life, assisting with relocations, and other personal matters are just a few services that we provide to our clients and candidates.
